1. Process, packing, deliver and complete Sales Order from customers
2. Oversee all phone queries (calls, whatsapp, websites, emails, etc), respond to all customer queries, requirements and correspondence
3. To perform Stock Transfer to other Warehouses.
4. Handling Daily Sales Operation and Provide Excellent Customer Service to the Customers.
5. Prepare Daily Sales Report & Handle Daily Sales Cash Collection
6. To Manage Stock Accuracy and ensure the Physical Stocks is tally with System to ensure optimum operation efficiency
7. To Perform Stock Check / Audit at Related Warehouse
8. To take care the company assets and ensure assets are well keeping in the premise
• Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Professional Cert/Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Commerce or Equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Optional)
• At Least 1 Year of Sale Working Experience is required
• Self-Motivated , Responsible, Able to work in a Team, Independent Thinking.
• Able to take initiative in doing work.
• Candidates must be willing to work at PJ NZX, Petaling Jaya.
Salary Range: RM2100 ~ RM2275 [Basic + OT]
