Your day-to-day responsibilities as an AIA Life Planner:
Attend meetings, training & supervision programs by the Company.
Initiate prospecting and obtain referred leads.
Secure daily appointments with customers, sharing and creating awareness of the importance of Takaful.
Analyse and identify the gaps in customer’s financial status, needs, and goals through proper fact finding, providing them with an appropriate insurance/financial plan and recommendations.
Anticipates objections, handles questions and objections truthfully.
Maintain and provide continuous client services such as policy delivery, medical/death claims and policy reviews.
Establish strong clientele and customer relationship to build long lasting businesses.
3 type of program you can choose according to your age, qualification and experience:
Elite Pro Life Planner requirements:
Having an entrepreneurship mindset and with the ambition to become a leader to build a strong team
Full time only
25 - 45 years old
Degree holder and above with minimum 3 years working experience
Elite Life Planner requirements:
Ready for a career change and committed in building a successful career path
Full time only
25 - 40 years old
Degree holder and above; or Diploma with minimum 2 years working experience
Elite Lite requirements:
Looking for multiple income sources and exploring new opportunity to complement the existing career.
Full time or Part time
20 - 50 years old
SPM and above
Elite Pro: Monthly sales commission + monthly performance bonus* (RM6,000 - RM9,000)
Elite: Monthly sales commission + monthly performance bonus* (RM2,000 - RM3,000)
Elie Lite Planner: Monthly sales commission + monthly performance bonus* (RM500)
